Safely See More
Thermal imaging cameras by Drager are valuable tools for lifesaving orientation
when fire, smoke, and darkness make navigation difficult. Maintain your
orientation and see where you are going as well as for finding persons or
hotspots. Search and rescue will be significantly easier and safer in the
future with the Drager UCF 6000.
Based on the needs and requirements of professional search and
rescue teams as well as firefighters, it was possible to optimize image quality,
operation, and ruggedness yet again. The Drager UCF 6000 is the result,
offering new innovative functions while being very easy to use.
Extremely Robust
This camera is reliable even in the roughest and toughest environments and with
the most demanding applications. Equipped with an almost indestructible
casing, the Drager UCF 6000 is heat-resistant and withstands usage-specific
mechanical stresses with ease. Due to their high protection class of IP
67, Drager UCF 6000 cameras are resistant to typical conditions encountered
during an operation such as water and dust.
Modern lithium-ion battery technology yields operating times
of up to four hours and provides users with the peace of mind needed during long
operations.
Better Overview
The Drager UCF 6000 delivers excellent images even if visibility is less than
optimal. When the current image is always right in front of your eyes,
rooms and the immediate vicinity are searched quickly and safely. A
resolution of 160 x 120 pixels and a field of vision of 47 degrees ensure that
users are always informed about all details.
Extended Functionality
Optimized image processing provides a quicker overview in just seconds.
The Drager UCF 6000 even makes it possible to "see around
corners" if the equipment limits the freedom of movement or the field of vision
for example. The "snapshot" function is used to provide a temporary
freeze-frame of the thermal image, which can then be viewed on the display.
This allows personnel to examine and check out even difficult to access areas
quickly and safely.
The integrated laser pointer significantly simplifies pointing
out the position of hazards - such as hotspots - to other team members and to
clearly define the path of attack.
The Drager UCF 6000 always offers a high temperature
resolution - even in hot situations. This makes it possible to detect
cooler objects such as people even in the vicinity of a fire with maximum
resolution.
Comfortable One-Hand Operation
Using the Drager UCF 6000 means one hand is always free: an invaluable plus with
added freedom of movement for the user. The compact design and
well-balanced low weight of only 2.86 pounds make the camera easy to operate
with just one hand. Its intuitive use allows for the reliable and safe
operation of the camera even in difficult and stressful situations. A very
sturdy attachable "crawling plate" permits the user to brace himself or herself
on the ground without letting go of the camera. This as well as various
carrying options offer optimal carrying comfort.
Standard USB Interface
The Drager UCF 6000 is supplied with USB2.0 interface by default, which makes it
possible to configure the camera (e.g. setting an individual start image) and
transfer the thermal image directly to a PC.
Extensive Range of Accessories
The Drager UCF 6000 is shipped complete with USB cable, attachable "crawling
plate", and PC software CD.
