Thorogood Hellfire Boot
The Hellfire by Thorogood is our basic bunker boot for structural fires. It meets all NFPA requirements, is UL certified, and blood borne pathogen compliant. The rubber used in construction of this boot is flame and heat resistant. Felt insulation is added to keep your feet warm on those long calls. A stainless steel midsole plate is designed to prevent penetration of the sole by sharp objects and to distribute forces when standing on a ladder rung for long periods. The silver stripe across the arch and the maltese cross at the heel are reflective for added visibility. The steel toe is oversized so the wearer will not know it is there. There is also extra padding in the shin area. With all of that said, the one thing our customers comment about the most is the fit. These boots fit great due to the removable insole. We stock this boot in men's sizes 5 thru 15 with half sizes up to 11-1/2 as well as wide sizes.
