Air Fittings CP020 - Fill Hose Head Assembly
Our fill hose head assembly is designed to attach to any appropriate hose with a 1/4" JIC female end. The air fitting is a CGA-347 female that will attach to either 2216 PSI or 4500 PSI air cylinders. The bleeder valve is installed directly between the line valve and the CGA fitting to ensure that the absolute minimum amount of air will be lost when it is opened. A 0-6000 PSI gauge allows this unit to be used with high and low pressure systems. Since the loose end of a fill hose seems to get the most abuse, the rubber gauge protector is standard.
CP030 - Cascade Regulator Assembly
This assembly is designed to install on the last cylinder in a cascade system. The cylinder fitting is CGA-347 and a 1/4" JIC fitting is supplied to connect to the rest of the system. Additionally, the outlet is 1/4" JIC for connection to our standard hoses. Both gauges read from 0-6000 PSI. No cascade system is complete without a regulator.
CP001 - Cascade Deadhead Assembly
This fitting is for the first cylinder in a cascade system when no air compressor is present. The CGA-347 connection will attach to standard threaded cylinders up to 5000 PSI. A 1/4" JIC fitting is supplied to connect to a standard pigtail.
CP010 - Cascade Tee Assembly
This fitting is designed to connect the cylinders in the middle of a cascade to the system. The CGA-347 connection will attach to standard threaded cylinders up to 5000 PSI. Two (2), 1/4" JIC fittings are provided to connect to standard pigtails.

If you need to install a
valve in your high pressure breathing air system, this is the one you need to
use. It is chrome plated brass with replaceable parts. The large knob is easy
to use with gloved hands. Rated for pressures up to 5000 PSI. There is hardly
an air system made that does not use this valve.
