Victaulic couplings are used in strategic locations to provide easy separation of plumbing for service.  The victaulic couplings will make field service much simpler by allowing large sections of plumbing to be removed without a pipe wrench. 

The discharge manifold simplifies plumbing and decreases the number of threaded fittings where possible leaks could crop up over time.
